About
Vanessa Gallant | Strategic Operations & Multimedia Leader

Vanessa Gallant is a dynamic nonprofit leader and multimedia strategist with a proven track record in operations, storytelling, and team development. With expertise in optimizing organizational performance, process improvement, and strategic communications, she has successfully scaled mission-driven initiatives while leading high-performing teams.

Her career began in multimedia production, earning her a reputation as a versatile producer and editor capable of managing every stage of content creation—from concept development and budgeting to filming, editing, and visual effects. Her ability to craft compelling narratives has been a driving force throughout her career, whether through video production, internal communications, or operational strategy.

A native of Framingham, Massachusetts, Vanessa spent her childhood directing elaborate plays and musicals with her siblings and cousins, an early sign of her passion for storytelling. She later attended the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University, where she studied Digital Filmmaking, graduating in 2009.
Her professional journey took off in 2011 at WMCT-TV in Marlborough, MA, where she quickly became known as the “Post-Production Jedi Master” for her editing prowess and troubleshooting skills—despite not being a die-hard Star Wars fan. She later transitioned to corporate video production at Staples’ headquarters, where she produced and edited content for internal communications.

In 2017, Vanessa joined EforAll (Entrepreneurship for All), where she has worn many hats, evolving from multimedia production into leadership roles in operations and strategy. Currently serving as Director of Operations, she drives efficiency, enhances processes, and leads cross-functional teams to support the organization's national expansion.

In 2020, she expanded her storytelling expertise into documentary filmmaking, producing and directing “Toxic Positivity,” a film exploring the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the U.S. public education system.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys playing the piano, singing, writing, and discovering new wines.
