Vanessa Gallant is a creative multimedia producer and editor, capable of managing every aspect of a project from beginning to end. Including but not limited to generating and developing ideas, planning, budgeting, writing, shooting, lighting, editing, and visual effects. She grew up in Framingham, Massachusetts, spending much of her childhood directing her siblings and cousins in plays and musicals she made up.
Vanessa later went on to attend the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University where she studied Digital Filmmaking and graduated in January 2009. In 2011 Vanessa joined WMCT-TV in Marlborough, MA as a producer/editor. She quickly earned the nickname Post-Production Jedi Master, due to her extensive editing knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities. Funny thing is, she's not a mega Star Wars fan...
In 2015, she joined the studio team at Staples Corporate Headquarters producing and editing videos for internal communications.
Two years later in 2017, Vanessa accepted the position of Multimedia Manager for EforAll aka Entrepreneurship for All, title was later changed to Operations and Video Production Manager, where she oversees all video and most photography related projects for this nonprofit.
In 2020 Vanessa beginning producing and directing a documentary film entitled "Toxic Positivity".
In her free time, Vanessa can be found playing the piano, singing, writing, or trying new types of wine.
